The negative reviews on rottentomatoes are hilarious...

I can't help but laugh at the idiots who will be going to see this movie expecting a deep storyline and oscar performances...

Anybody with at least half a functional brain knows what to expect here...A whole lot of ass kicking, cheesy one liners, a lot of shyt blowing up and gore all over the place...Possibly a fine female or two flashing tittys...If you are a man and not satisfied with this...kill yourself...

Well a movie like The Raid Redemption was pretty much off the wall action with a pretty good plot line and a special mention goes to Hard Boiled as well. That movie shyts all over the Expendables. With movies like that you can't really blame nikkas that they'd like to have a good storyline to make work along side all the crazy action.

that was one of the weakest aspects of part one it was just them shooting badguys and blowing things up all movie.Dolp lundren betrays them but by the end they are like "dont sweat it, its cool" Never once do any of the heroes appear in danger..They didnt do that in gi joe movie or fukin saturday morning cartoons at that.At some point the good guys take Ls but not in expendables = weaksauce

Just because a movie has "ass kicking" and explosions doesn't make it good or manly, you simple fukk. The first Expendables was horrible. I'm sure this will follow suit

Thats a load of bullshyt, delta force columbian connection had a lot of action balanced with a entertaining story.Rambo 1,2 was no different, even fukin commando was the same.To try and excuse expendables non existent paper thin garbage that sly churned out as "well the whole point is its a 80s style action movie" is pathetic.Death proof was a homage to the 70s grindhouse flick but does that mean it had to have the dated cheesiness of that period in film too? of course not..I dont think its too much to ask for a better script and more danger for the protagonists

Commando was deep breh? REALLY? That movie was cheesy as fukk, loaded with nothing but classic one liners and ridiculous inhumane action sequences...

Anyways I don't entirely disagree with you, for the most part you're on point it was a lousy script and Sly could have done a lot better...I just can't take anyone serious who expects a deep plot from a movie like this...None of the movies you mentioned are masterpieces by any stretch...
