I enjoy none of the exercises at the gym

I like blasting Arm's, Chest, Back and Quads, but I don't enjoy them

My favorite excersies is Squats, Deadlifts, Barbell Curl, Bench Press and Pec Dec Flys

But I don't enjoy them

I like running for cardio as far as weight training I like bench pressing ( flat bench and decline), bent over row, shoulder shrugs, and deadlifts. As far as calesthenics I like incline pushups, dips, and I dont love or hate pullups.
