His lawyers had him thinking he was gonna get 18 months and he ends up doing 6 years.

This happened to me about five years ago. Took out a loan and lawyered up. Ran me around 30k over a year. Ended up having enough character witnesses, including friends of hers, to take the stand and basically say she was a known liar, which is all you really have in a he said/she said case. She waits until the morning the trial is supposed to start to drop the charges. And it's very, very difficult to counter sue for something like this. Still paying that shyt off...

The really sick part is this is a girl I was dating. She filed three months after we split, after seeing me talk to another girl. She was on some jealous if I can't have you no one can bullshyt. The court system is completely wack when it comes to rape allegations. Glad dude got exonerated. I can't imagine having to actually go to jail over that.
