batman gets back with no explanation to gotham, bomb ticking... enough time to draw a batm symbol in fire to let everyone know hes there....

You have to throw out common logic with Avengers because you're dealing with fantasy and make believe. There is no such thing as a teserat. Traveling though galaxies at the speed of light and the whole concept of Thanos doesn't exist. As long as the movie was executed properly then they did a good job.
My only complaint about the Avengers is that some of the characters didn't get enough screen time to show their powers but when I see that all of the characters that have powers have already had the own movie with more on the way, it was no big deal. They all had good chemistry and that's all that mattered to me.
