50 has innumerable petty beefs with half the entertainment industry....Meech has a previously existing and completely separate relationship with Ross, to act like a scorned bytch and crash out because he posed for a picture with someone you had a rap feud with almost 20 years ago is unreasonable and ridiculous... it'd be different if Ross was filming a 50 diss track video and Meech is in it co-signing it or anything of the sort...this isn't, as a pure hypothetical, your "brother" dancing on stage while your opp calls you a pedophile as part of a publicity stunt rap beef ..it's two grown men posing for a picture 
I don't think Lil Meech is ungrateful. His words were the complete opposite. He just didn't know how to move in this situation.
