All jordans of the same number have the same design (1s, 3s, 11s). These are 11s but never been nationally released as this colorway (all red with a black jumpman). So these are actually new shoes.

The only other all red Jordans were the all red Carmelo Anthony PE 11s w the white jumpman (the new ones have a black jumpman) and it wasnt nationally sold it was more exclusive. PEs are rare, more exclusive and less in quantity; they are basically custom sneakers for certain celebrities and basketball players. So this is a spin off those PE jordans.
