Well as a man are you supposed to get super long paternity leave?

I always thought you just get maybe 2 or 3 weeks and then they like bring your ass back, you're not the woman.

Companies are starting to give a lot more paternity leave for men as well.

But yeah, it's usually less than the woman for sure.

I think Budden is taking a leave of absence for his new baby. I heard the show may be gone until March.

This might be a good look, a show like this could use a good month or so break, 3 months is MAD long tho, the internet forgets quick and never forgets at the same time, all it takes is the right people to come along and fill that void they created and left open.

Many employers are required by federal law to allow their employees (both men and women) 12 weeks of unpaid family leave after the birth or adoption of a child under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

I feel like they slid him a number to do the show 5 days a week, and he probably said I'll do it for 4 at that rate. Whereas Ak and Nadeska don't have the notoriety that Joe does and decided to do it for what was offered.

Now Joe and Complex are playing who blinks first.

He's probably even entertaining this Vice shyt to fukk with Complex. Which would be awkward as fukk for him to do. But Joe is known for fukking business up, so....
