I believe Jeezy is street smart, his been in the industry for a few years before the BMF stimulus package, so him not knowing not to separate the music and street shyt doesn't sound believable.

He wasn't really in the industry before that though. I know he released Come Shop With Me independently but when he got the BMF stimulus package them nikkas was all about letting people know they hustled with street money. Not that much of a stretch to me that Jeezy didnt know the right way to move and probably assumed thats the way it was done. I mean T.I. released Trap Muzik a few years before Trap or Die and 101 so he probably was under the impression thats the same way he was doing it

Part of promo is dealing with personalities you don't necessarily care for, for the sake of marketing your product.

he came in with a fukked up vibe because he know they were coming at him . he spoke about real street politics, how he put yg on, and just real character. no jokes ,no trolling. ak and budden dont know how to have a serious convo with a dude that has seen and done real things. im from the south so iv been seen jeezy as a street preacher. he not in the same lane as alot of people. he a legend.
