It was not a straw man. It was the main point: keep it consistent. I have seen posters in here applaud the same type of behavior from other rappers they find more engaging so I'm attributing the claims of him "acting like a bytch" to not liking him as a person or his music. I'm dismissing the entire notion that the substance of what he said is what people are mad about. It is his delivery and it's because he's corny. When I say street rapper I don't mean gangsta rapper. Someone like Kendrick who is "conscious" is also street imo. But saying someone sounds like a bytch and is acting like a bytch are two different things. Claiming that he is acting like a bytch for sounding like a coli poster is disingenuous and means 99% of the people in here are bytches. You tried to turn it into some race thing when I said street rapper...thst wasn't lost on me. Nor was the fact that you basically said he is acting that way because of white privilege. You said "he probably has a bunch of entitled white men for fans." He probably does but that would actually be irrelevant to how he acted unless you were getting at something with that. Otherwise, you're the one who was using a strawman. You have people in here saying he's a guest in hip hop and act accordingly.Ah.. I'm confused cause you quoted me...
I thought he was very engaging... Doesn't take away from his bytchassness I'm that exchange.
You're creating a straw man with the "street rapper" tho... that's totally irrelevant
Quite frankly, everyone in that video overreacted except Ak who handled it as jokes. Nadeska and Joe love when Ak is the butt of the joke or energy and get mad when it is them.
