i like him on his podcast..this, eh....hit and miss. i like the idea but i'm not that big of a fan of the show in the first place.
it would suffer without Joe day to day no doubt but depending on the guest they should rotate Ak and Joe.
How are you on a hiphop daily talk show... say you're excited about an album (Dave East's)... go through an entire weekend, and not listen to it?
This is like the equivalent of Stephen A coming in on a Monday to do First Take after a few big games happened over the weekend, and was like, "I didn't watch any games, but lets talk about the teams that played in them"
But yal steady defending this nikka for being like this. This show could be so much better if their 'rapper' analyst actually did some prep work and homework.
They need to get rid of joe at this point. 4 newprojects dropped this weekend and he only want to talk about that cac Eminem old ass.

nikka was talking about Big Sean is dope a few months ago, then on his Podcast with Charlamagne he says he hadn't even listened to I Decided... and that album dropped in February
He shyts on hypebeasts and trendy topics, but this dude don't even listen to shyt that his persona says he's supposed to be. Crying about Yachty, crying about Ak not using his platforms to promote lyricists, crying about no bars... but then doesn't even listen to projects that he's anticipating to talk about all the shyt he whines about that isn't being discussed.
Dude only listens to what he's told to listen to at this point. The biggest acts shyt, like Kendrick, Hov, Drake, Cole...
