He does and even did it to Amber too. It's low key creepy and Nadeska even said on Mondays episode slaps knee to the point where she knows its a thing.

Top that off with the fact that this time he didn't look Nadeska in the eye too much and there is even a part where she says I should have probably said more and he is all like yeah I wish you would have said more too lol. Maybe she went to the producers of the show with complaints and not Joe directly.
