He's fine on everything else (passing, team defense, etc), but when it comes to scoring he needs to pick his spots better when he wants to score. There are holes in every defense, and a superstar needs to be able to see that. What he's doing now is cool for the Cavs, but for other teams he needs to have better composure. There were times when he was guarded 1-on-1 or it was a soft double team and he made sub-par decisions when it came time for him to score. And you can see he knows it too, which is why he had 3 frustration fouls when he failed to read the defense
