Not to make light of anybody's situation, but how do people that uh, hefty even physically obtain enough food to maintain their weight?

I mean I figure to maintain that frame you have to be eating at least 5000 calories a day. I'm just guessing but I think if I was 350lbs and needed an oxygen tank I'd be too tired to be getting up and making runs to the the grocery store (or even to a fast food place) to get food all the time. They just get delivery every day?

If brehs relatives/friends/girl/etc are bringing junk food over every day
