I think a paternity test should be mandatory in order to sign the birth certificate.

Just got on my cousin stupid ass last week. His chick fukked everybody in town and he signed the birth certificate and gave that baby our last name. Now a month later he wants to deny the baby, I'm like too late now you idiot. He is one of those people that swear they know everything but he is really not that bright so he is destined to live a hard life.
