I'm not saying it was the best. It was pretty decent for a 30-minute non-canon DBZ flick.

I've seen every DBZ movie(including Battle of Gods) and i can say Episode of Bardock was good for what it was worth seeing.

Because of cac exploitation by FRIEZA the white supremacist.

Black people are employed in the United States government doing the exact same things in other countries that the Saiyans were doing while employed by Frieza's Planet Trade Organization.
