Women want men to meet a certain criteria yet expect men to take them as they are, flaws and all.

There's a difference between wanting someone to improve in life, like go for a job promotion, finish a degree, quit drinking) and putting someone down to make them feel small, stupid and worthless. Why would you try and change a man point blank period. If he's conforable with where he's at and you love dude stay. If you're a vain superficial trick only on cause you caught feelings but still want a boss then hop off.
