Cousin got a toy hauler for 50k and that shyts nicer than my house. shyt had heated/locking cup holders on his couch with a full kitchen,master bedroom, bathroom and a garage. Dude considers it his tent when the fam goes camping. Only downsides is you need at least a 2500 truck that can pull it, a place to store it(he doesn't live in it) and if you consider using the bathroom or sink than you need to dispose of the waste at a designated area.
