Event Horizon was a real missed opportunity

I mean it has its flaws but for me it's still a classic. Been wanting to rewatch it lately actually.

The Lewis and Clark getting sucked into a portal from Hell, and reappearing a decade later

The creepy demonic recordings of the crew

shyt sounds like DOOM x 2001 A Space Odyssey

Oh ok I see. You was expecting a space adventure and got a horror movie instead. I actually liked the swerve. I remember when it dropped people hated it, got shytted on, and from what I'm hearing about the deleted scenes.....let's just say I'm glad it was never recovered . Would've made the movie much worse
I love the movie myself.

No, no, I was expecting a horror film, but it fizzled out pretty quickly after they boarded the Lewis and Clark, I just wish it could have been grander, like a real cosmic horror

Excellent movie. It had many great moments. The one cool part I always remember is when they first see the hell planet from their ship. I can't find that scene, but it looks exactly how I imagined it would look. Very surreal.

Mostly PC, tabletop and books. That series has a crazy deep setting.

Cooper had me dying throughout the movie and was the only black man to survive a space and horror movie.

Don't know why he's labeled as unlucky in this YT video. Luckiest man in the whole movie.
