Some rumors on the boards that Jonathan Cooper got hurt and may be out some time. Nobody knows anything for sure or its severity (if there is really an injury at all). May be some guessing because he was not available for the media like the other captains yesterday, so they are assuming he must be hurt. Hope it's not the case tho.

Damn hope it’s not true. Smith or Friday will be able to step up if true though. We’re pretty deep at de.

Yeah, Tyreke Smith is probably going to take over that spot at some point this season even if Jonathan stays healthy, but we can always use a captain/former 5*/returning starter and senior.

Michigan grad coming thru in peace

yall know I've been fair so let me be :hubie:

Question. So you expect OSU to not miss a beat with the coaching change, right. Whats your expectations for the season. Big Ten chip and playoffs? Who is the most likely challenger in the conf? Honestly MSU is the wildcard for me. Their defense is elite and the QB is healthy, plus new OC...if Dantonio lets him cook, they could be really good. I got a feeling they're going to pop us hard.

Honest floor (which means everything goes wrong) 9-3

Ceiling: 12-0

OSU has the highest blue chip talent ratio in college football. The top two highest average classes in crooting history are our sophomores and juniors. Team is loaded. Fields will eat with Day as the coach. Season record prediction is 11-1 with a loss somewhere I don’t know other than it won’t be against our rivals.
