How many times do we have to say and remind them that their fascination is based off two fukking playoff games.

To be fair, last year was impressive tho, Foles under that same offense that Wentz had went on a mini run and almost beat the saints in New Orleans if Alshon catches a catchable ball.

But I think Wentz was still gimpy with the back and the ACL recovery with no offseason work.

Man that's the thing, I don't want to take away from Foles during this whole cold war. But I do want the other side to understand, Wentz has been the superior player from day one. He has been the correct choice to extend as well.

Its not that I or any other pro Wentz folks are saying Foles was complete doo doo. We just recognize what the correct move was and who the better QB is.

Man that's the thing, I don't want to take away from Foles during this whole cold war. But I do want the other side to understand, Wentz has been the superior player from day one. He has been the correct choice to extend as well.

Its not that I or any other pro Wentz folks are saying Foles was complete doo doo. We just recognize what the correct move was and who the better QB is.

Facts, like I said before and now, Wentz was and is the better bet long term, three years younger, more upside and I know wat Foles is ... he is a streaky kind of guy who thrives in an RPO heavy system.

Thing is, Foles is getting tons of love while not having to do the leg work. He got to the prom in a rented lambo that he didn't have to put in on and ended up with the dopest girl. I refuse to credit Foles that much more than I credit Wentz for the Super Bowl run. I have zero evidence to believe Foles (edited) can get us to the #1 seed to where he can squeeze by Atlanta, dominate Minny then become a legend in the SB. He did do those things, but without Wentz doing the leg work for 13 weeks, I don't think he ever has the chance to be that guy.

Receivers not getting separation, terrible playcalling, injuries, etc...

It's not disparaging to acknowledge what Nick is. He's been handed the keys to two franchises and flamed out as a starter in less than one season both times (Rams, Jags).

He caught a heat check for 7 quarters at the right time and we'll always love him for it, but the debate between him or Carson is one of the worst I've ever seen as a sports fan. It's just as trash as the "Reich was the brains behind 2017" talking point that sprouted from that run as well.

Nick Foles got benched this year and people still can’t get over him.

The man is a career backup. There is a reason no team would even spend a 3rd Round pick on him after his second straight miracle playoff run. Signing him to a big deal proved to be one of Tom Coughlin’s most idiotic mistakes as Jacksonville GM after a 6th Round rookie outplayed him. The two coaches who got the most out of him – Chip Kelly and Doug Pederson – were happy to move on in favor of someone else.

Nick’s entire 2017-2018 run is based off three great games – two of which he’d never have gotten the opportunity to play if Wentz hadn’t done most of the work that season. Outside of those three games, he’s been a game-manager at best.

I don’t say all this to disparage Foles. He’s had a great career, all things considered, and I’ll always appreciate what he did in 2017. But for the love of God, let the man go. Wentz is a far superior QB. Better arm, more mobile, and can read a defense better. And even if Wentz weren’t the answer to the franchise, I’m damn sure Nick Foles wouldn’t be either.

It's no coincidence that the minute the Eagles found a decent receiver in Greg Ward who could actually get separation and catch passes thrown at him, Wentz's play improved. Same reason that Wentz threw for 300+ Yards, went 12/13 on 3rd Down, threw 3 TDs, and completed 71% of his passes in the one game that he had DeSean Jackson. Not to absolve Wentz of all blame, because he has had some bad games this season, but the problem was ultimately the receivers.

Brehs, first off what's up

I've said this time and time again, it's not easy supporting this team. It will question your loyalty and your bloods pressure. But wouldn't want it any other way

We had no business getting into the playoffs. With the injuries and fukkery we should have been a 6-10 team

But this team got fukking heart . They didn't fold or crumble when all this shyt went downhill.

But brehs like Boston Scott and Greg Ward making plays for the team really showed what hunger and opportunities can bring. They really saved our season

Supreme Allah Wentz earned his contract

Someone like Sidney Jones, being a healthy scratch to making key plays in the past month is crucial for all this to come full circle

We might get crushed last week, but I'm damn proud of this team
