:mjlol: I legit chuckled reading this....

 not sure why but I rather Minkah over Zest Lord
It makes more sense, we have NOTHING in the pipeline at safety. This is Rodney's last year, Jenk is about to hit 32 and behind them it's a bunch of journeyman special teamers. At least at corner there's some youth who can still grow.

Combine that with needing to make Jalen the highest paid CB in the league within the next 24 months, while Minkah's dirt cheap for 3 more years, and it's a no brainer. Minkah being a carbon copy of Jenk and getting to learn from the original is the cherry on top.

I don’t really see what they are seeing in sanders to warrant that many touches (aside from pass blocking)

He’s had tons of touches and had yet to create anything resembling a highlight (one was called back but still)

I don’t see ant explosiveness and his cuts aren’t crisp

I’d rather see Clement back in the rotation ...Clement has great hands and made many highlights running but even more catching (including key td in the super bowl). Hopefully when he’s back he can get worked in..our run game is trash

I don’t know why but My gut feels like players were pulled cause Of team violations

Lastly we need to acquire a lockdown corner and start looking/grooming for Jenkins replacement

Defensive line still looking a bit Shaky

Clement is cheeks. Duce is gonna coach Sanders up bc he has more natural ability. I'm gonna say it again, he needs 12 carries & Jordan Howard needs 12 carries, minimum

Ramsey can do anything that Fitzpatrick could do (he can play safety and the slot) plus he can cover the elite and borderline elite receivers on the outside.

I look at it this way. You can give him 16 mill per year cap hit on a 80 million dollar total deal with 50 mill guaranteed .U can make him the highest paid corner in the game. You give him Darby money and Nelson Agholor money plus Peter's Money and McLeod's money and let them walk and we are squared.

Move Maddox to mcleod's safety spot in the future.

Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville because of the money, the losing and being forced to play in a zone heavy scheme this year. He wants to play man to man. So my only pause is deploying him in Schwartz scheme that uses a lot of zone concepts but he is really a shut down corner and u gotta deploy him to shadow and take away a teams best receiver. Even Jim Schwartz gotta know that.

Enough is enough, the deep ball, this has been our Achilles heel the past four years. Even when we won the superbowl (Brady was abusing Darby, Mills and Robinson). It hasn't impproved in fact it has gotten worse.:mjcry:

And I cant take getting swept again in the season series against those damn c00nboys :mjcry:.

I just want peace of mind, I haven't had that since the days of Asante, Lito and Sheldon Brown. That was back in 2007 2008 :mindblown:

We have been through Nnamdi, DRC, Cary Williams, Bradley Fletcher, Leodis McKelvin, Byron Maxwell, Nolan Carroll, Jalen Mills, Ronald Darby to this shyt now.

There comes a point where we gotta spend money and serious draft capital to take care of this problem. I'm tired of getting beat over the top and secondary nikkas other than Malcolm Jenkins not tackling.

And this is not a Nnamdi situation. 24 years old, ultra competitive and he has been tested against some of the best receivers in the game.

Pittsburgh fukked up the trade market, now its gonna take a first plus another pick :snoop: . This gotta happen if he is really available. Fukk the first round draft picks.

I'm willing to give up two first rounders cause we are so desperate for a corner like this:feedme: :wow:

I dont think Howie will do it because he has never traded a first round pick for a player. But damn it he gotta do this one.

powerful post. i see a lot of people complaining about jalen being a bad scheme fit (BGN) but tbh schwartz runs all these zone concepts with playing the DBs 8 yards back because he knows they are burnt toast man to man more often than not. ramsey changes that.
