The problem with Julio is he's very slow and deliberate out of his routes. He's a master of using that third and fourth step to gain separation because he can quickly and adeptly move in any direction at that point. Thus, he is a historically great 12-20 yard reception guy.

However, this doesn't lend itself to the redzone where the field compacts and he doesn't have as much room to operate. It's a shame he hasn't developed his route tree to expand beyond those slow-developing ones.
