The current cacs that have bought up the property have already made it so that it's damn near uninhabitable for poor and brown folks. Hopefully on the rebound, more black and poc will buy back into their neighborhoods, seeing as though it seems like these gentrifiers are pretty miserable in their decisions to move out here from what I've observed.

And no, lots of these cacs dont have the reserves to ride this out. They made some of the worst decisions paying 1+ mil to move into houses that are barely 1000sf. Between mortgages, property taxes, and COL, they really aint got it like they're fronting they are. Lots of them are living off their parents help. Back to the midwest with them
