these dudes are wrong all the time



calling them journalists is a stretch, because they care very little about the integrity of their reporting. they just want clicks. I don't doubt that some of their sources are legit, but I can't say how much effort they put into vetting them, or if it's first, second, or third person info

and there's something to be said about the integrity of people that can't keep their mouth shut. to be clear, we're not taking about real issues, like Watergate. we're talking about people that can't keep a secret about a fukking video game

in general the internet has been a detriment to journalism, because it's all about getting clicks with misleading, or inaccurate, information

Why would you expect the source of the leak to publicly reveal themselves? Every leak is usually from "industry insider" or someone with links and then the journalist is the one who leaks the information. Saying "fukk all these dudes and their anonymous sources" is quite literally asinine for you to say when we've gotten leaks over the past decade this way.

I don't necessarily care about this rumor in particular, I'm talking about the knee jerk reactions you guys have everytime a supposed "leak" comes out that is met with dismissal.
