At the beginning of mean streets
That's a BIG assumption you're making from just a couple sentences. I'm pretty sure they are saying this because their parents brought it up at one point or another probably because they have brought an AA male home before. I didn't get an entitlement vibe from the girls themselves and how we all lust for them, just an idea of how their parents feel.
Pretty sure that's what they actually mean behind those words, and I'm speaking from experience seeing as how my mother's family is from Ethiopia.

A picture on Twitter got posted a while ago about an EA girl marrying an AA male. One EA girl said "my parents worst nightmare lmao" and just about everyone agreed with her :why:

But if it was Tom WhiterthanWonderbread the parents would probably change their tune :snoop:

No this is not true my parents would not be happy with me marrying someone who is non somali...My mom is more open minded though and she said i can marry whoever i want as long as he is muslim. My dad is adamant that i do not marry a non somali he said if i have to marry out im only allowed to marry a man from ghana :ehh: lool so random i know... he didnt say why.. but they both know that at the end of the day its my choice who i marry whether he is black, white, asian etc.
