that shyt could happen right now though and could have for decades. most of the time i go to a mens bathroom it's near a womans bathroom and no one is around to even witness who goes in where since they're usually in hallways. i could easily walk in there and commit a rape, which is what the fukk a rapist would do if that was their intent.well obviously men dont just walk into womens bathrooms in public.
But a man disguised as a woman is a different situation.
And who's to say that a predator can't just dress up in drag to do so?

the thing isn't logical and cant be enforced. i get the concerns. but i seriously doubt this is a genuine problem. show me the data where this is a real problem and i'll easily support legislation to combat it. until then i think it's just a distraction.
