Mike D'antoni should've been forced to take the job

Miami is what happens when you have a good coach who is on top of things. Doc was not that. I'd rather seen the Sixers give a new coach a chance. I'm biased against Nick Nurse though because I don't like his face.
Forced to take the Philly job? The best player is the position D'Antoni is allergic to :heh:

I mean both are top notch jobs I just don't understand why he didn't want the Milwaukee job
I think they are both bad jobs. Two teams with championship aspirations capped out to hell with no way of getting better or changing their team without trading pieces that they actually need on their team. Regular season wins don't matter...unless they lose way more than the previous coach and then they going to be out of there. Both teams seasons won't really start until the second round of the playoffs. That aint even good enough for Philly. Nurse took a job where to keep the job he got to be making it to the conference finals AT LEAST :pachaha:

The spurs job would be a "good job". About to draft the biggest basketball prospect since Lebron. Got a shyt ton of cap space. Got a shyt ton of 1st round picks. Got a patient ownership group. Someone could go there and be in "just don't fukk it up" mode knowing that they got enough 1st round picks coming to afford a fukk up or two, enough picks to trade for virtually anyone, and enough money to overpay for anyone they want to try and sign. Really any coach their would just need to make sure Tall Tony Parker turns into a all nba player the rest of the shyt would fall into place. Aint no way Pop giving that job up anytime soon though.

This probably means that Harden is really gone since they didn't bring in D'antoni right? If so they should try the sign and trade thing with Houston if possible and get some assets back. He has his faults no doubt put if Philly loses him for nothing then they might as well start a slight rebuild and try to trade Tobias next cuz the squad they would have left probably not enough to win a title.

Houston has plenty of cap space though, no need to do a S&T

They don't.

Until Morey is fired and banned from the building, these nikkas ain't winning shyt.

Bookmark THAT.

What moves has Morey made that have completely tanked? He's done a lot to get some improve the roster, but all the errors that were committed by Colangelo and Elton Brand are still hurting the team.

Oh yeah, because everyone knows y'all were on the path to winning before Morey stepped foot in the building.

:lolbron:

Right. Everything that Colangelo and Brand did - trading Tatum for Fultz, trading Mikal Bridges for Zhaire Smith, choosing Simmons over Butler, paying Al Horford 100 million, paying Tobias 170+ million - is still hurting the franchise.
