I don't have a problem with this. After years of the US and IC titles being on the pre-show, left off of cards, and champs being jobber to the stars, this feels like the first time in years one of the midcard titles is actually being elevated rather than just talking about being elevated. And, no, Cena's open challenge days don't count because as soon as ADR and Kalisto got the belt it went right back to jobber status.
While Jinder needs to close the show more, and could use some more wins over top baby faces, that will come once the Orton feud is over and/or they're ready to take the belt off him. From a pure win/loss standpoint, he's been booked better than any champ on the main roster aside from Neville.
