from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
No, because if Pac couldn't make Arum another dollar he would get dropped with the quickness.

Btw I never mentioned Floyd's name, but since you brought him up, he is Co-promoted by Golden Boy.

You still haven't explained why Arum shouldn't get his cut or why Pac should ditch Top Rank..... Lets say he did leave Top Rank, what would be his first move?

Y'all don't remember Oscar ripping Manny off?

In 2006, De La Hoya had sought to woo Pacquiao away from Bob Arum by giving Manny a briefcase filled with US$300,000 in cash over dinner in a private room at a Los Angeles steakhouse. Pacquiao signed a promotional contract with Golden Boy that night but later had second thoughts. After ugly litigation, a settlement was reached. Top Rank (Arum’s promotional company) retained rights to Pacquiao (although since then, Golden Boy has received a percentage of Top Rank’s profits from Manny’s fights).

This happens to this day.

Bob should be ashamed of himself for not paying Manny what he is worth. But Manny is at fault too for trying to play Santa Claus to everyone in the Phillippines.

For real. Yes, Bob Arum is fukking him, but he's made enough money to last a lifetime if he was smart about it. I swear the only reason the Philipines love him so much is cuz dude just gives out money like it's nothing. He's a fukking idiot. Pretty soon he's gonna be asking Buboy for money. :bryan:

Boxing trainer Freddie Roach, made a pretty eye popping comment recently when talking about his fighter Manny Pacquiao.

During an interview Roach reportedly told author and boxing trainer Brin-Jonathan Butler, that because of Pacquaio's large entourage and big heart he has to keep fighting, no matter what.

“He’s broke because of that and all the people he flies around to his fights," Roach said. "He goes through money like you wouldn’t believe. He can’t say no. Of course he’ll have to keep fighting. He does now. He won’t be able to stop – it’s his life.”

The Filipino champion made $20 million for his fight with Shane Mosely in May 2011. He's had previous paydays of $15 million for facing Oscar dela Hoya in 2008, and $13 million for each fight against Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto in 2009. In 2010 he got $12 million to defeat Joshua Clottey, and an additional $20 million when he destroyed Antonio Margarito that same year.

With that kind of income it's hard to imagine Pacquiao would be having financial problems, but Roach knows him probably better than anyone else.

I just hope Pac Man doesn't end up like countless former boxing champions who squandered their millions.

I don't know how Pac supporters can even say Floyd fukked up the fight
this dude pissed away his fortune, even with Bob Arum fukking him in the ass, he still made a lot of money, and fukked it up

This dude on the ropes finanical, yet he turning down 40 million from Floyd, and he was gonna wire him 20 million up front, thats getting half your pay check before you even do any work, that shyt is gravy, how can anybody turn that down

Also this validates Floyd wanting the lionshare, Pac ain't on his level money wise, business wise, anything, its the Floyd Mayweather show period and this proves it. Floyd got enough money to pay Pac-man his entire purse without sweating and this dude talking about some 50/50.

He probably getting KO'd because he couldn't afford his steroids anymore
all the pac-stans talking about he deserved 50 percent of the revenue, when this guy doesn't even take home 50 percent of his own earnings:scusthov:

There's no debating, Pac-Man should've took the 20 million up front, and agreed to fight Floyd for 40 Million, this was in his best interest clearly
and he could've retired after the fight.

Obviously he was just going to blow the money anyway, so what difference does it REALLY make?

Manny is clearly one of those "spend-whatever-I've-got" type of people, and for folks like that, it doesn't really matter how much they make, they're going to blow it. Ironically, that's the same person everybody thought Floyd was just about a year ago.

Floyd said Bob Arum was taking his money. Maybe he was right.

I just dont see how these dudes sign their life away to other men.

Manny Pac the past several years has made some MAJOR money from his fights.
If he doesnt have a good amount of it still, then something is wrong.

I'm a manny fan but if you're dumb enough to lose that much money, I have no pity for you.
