Also, for those with Comcast and Verizon FIOS, do you need all of these requirements to enable your Xbox as another cable box?

Naw with comcast you just have to have the internet I think.i dont even think you have to have cable

And I dont know what they talking bout with that installation bullshyt.i just download the app and signed in using my comcast email addy...thats it

You dont need a hdd either.i was using my 4 gig xbox slim for the longest

Whenever it goes live just try to sign in using your primary email you got from uverse and I bet that works.i dont see why you would need a tech to install anything
