The fact ESPN+ exists is an insult to the middle and poor class.
I will NEVER pay for it even though I can because there isn’t enough content I want. Putting games behind a paywall like that where even if you have cable you can’t watch it is stupid

Probably more a reflection of ESPN+ than indication of waning nfl popularity.
That 5th tier channel/app is their path forward in this new TV landscape, so I'm sure they'd want it to do better than that for an NFL game.So basically an NFL game only broadcast on ESPN's 5th tier channel/app got the average viewership of an NBA game?
The double MNF games are dumb. NFL is just too greedy to say no. ESPN+ is good for leagues that play every day or like college have 100+ teams. It's not a great interface so putting something like MNF game 2 when a better option is on regular nope.

Putting a prime time game on a subscription based service is dumb as f*ck, and to top it off it featured 2 mid teams
