Plenty of other games sell plenty of dlc and expansions, those don't get counted as new sales.

I'm just saying it's not an apples to apples comparison to a game with one skew that released on fewer consoles.

And you didn't prove any console numbers anyway. Your original assertion was that it's the highest selling RPG on consoles. You have yet to prove that

the only question to determine dlc is "do you need another game in order to play"


i think dude is saying, even though they are separate upc's, you cannot play the dlc for diablo 3, without the original game... while fallout 4 has dlc that you can't play without fallout 4.. but it's the same code

gta had dlc, you can play it without the original game, AND it counted as a whole different game

Is it still Diablo 3? You need Diablo 3 to play Reaper of Souls expansion. They discontinued the Diablo 3 original version for console, and made a new SKU (Reaper of Souls) which still requires the original Diablo 3 to play, but the only purchasable current version of Diablo 3 is under the new SKU. Again, thats not blizzards fault that they put time into an expansion and can sell it for a premium. You are so brain washed into this constant shyt DLC which was introduced by Microsoft funny enough, that you are trying to play down the old (better) ways of expansions/DLC sales. So used to paying extra $9.99 for "DLC/expansion" which includes like 3 new maps and 2 new skins when that shyt used to be free

just say you arent familiar with how blizzard expansions and keep it moving.. Blizzard is bad for a lot of reasons, but they are the only company who does expansions/dlc right.

Let's clear up what you're confusing yourself with here.

1.) Nobody on consoles gives a shyt about the lame types of games that are popular on the pc platform. Even at 30million it's not mainstream. It's not hip you ain't never seen master p, or p diddy, p-funk or styles p the ghost mention this game. No Allen Iverson, no pictures of 2pac and suge playing this. Drake didn't even waste a half bar. It's in the same category as dota which I would have never heard of of it wasn't for the internet. Stop it

2.)In a failed attempt to be cool you thought lying about "sales" on consoles would make console gamers recognize the game exist all you're accomplishing is the opposite. How dare you think you could pass off a lie like that HERE of all places where receipts are checked like a hood grocery store

this forum is a complete joke. When they rolled out the expansion they removed the old SKU and bundled the expansion together with the original game. its still diablo 3 new buyers still had to buy it
