IMO Keith going 12 rounds with Barrios told me everything I needed to know. Spence finna beat the dog shyt outta Thurman. Spence is bigger and Stronger than Tank who got Barrios outta there. Thurman beat Barrios ass YES, but the argument folks making is Thurman will KO Spence, but nikka going the distance with 140 lb Barrios?

The man knows how to talk shyt and sell a fight, boxing needs that. As good as Spence and Crawford are they don't have much personality... well Crawford has been showing it a lot more lately but he still aint nowhere close to Thurman's level as far as being a personality.

This fight will sell because of the backstory & the dislike Spence has for him which is good for boxing. I'm tired of seeing these dudes npwdays buddy buddy & friendly with each other. We need more Barrera/Morales hate which translates in the ring usually. I can see Thurman leaning into that to sell the fight even more. It should've happened years ago but I'll take it now if it does

Spence's style doesn't make sense to people if you don't understand how he came up in boxing. Spence started boxing and training in a Mexican gym(Vivero boxing gym). That's why he fights the way he does, it's a hybrid style he uses good boxing fundamentals but mixes it up with the pressure and jab of a Mexican pressure fighter. That's why people think he isn't a good boxer because most black fighters aint gonna fight you like that it looks out of place for him to be fighting that way.

It is a very fan friendly style that he CHOOSES to use instead of a more fluid slick style which he does have in his arsenal. Porter even admitted Spence could have sat back and boxed him and kept him on the end of his jab, but that would have been a very boring fukking fight and they both knew it. Lol

Spence isn't the issue, it's everyone else, pretty much 90% of the people he fights folks will say who cares. Look At Mall Charlo, he talks that talk and is fan friendly stylistically but outside of Tony Harrison literally nobody else cam even give a press conference worth a damn at 154.

Tank has zero personality but he provides highlight KOs, while Spence just beats folks ass

I been said that's why Baumgardner/Mayer was such a good fight too. Those two legit cannot stand each other just like Morales/Barrera. Hell Morales and Barrera still hate each others guts to this day.

You can have a great fight without hate, but the hatred makes it much better.
