Porter is good. But for the max you pay him I think there's alternatives when you come to cap management. Unless he takes a leap which BTW I'm not a non believer in him doing . He's not there yet. Unless they can project forward. I'm an Otto fan. But not at the max. fukk his agent

Breh you can't do it...you'd be fukking up the game for EVERYBODY...

Think about the damage you are going to do to the league paying your 3rd or 4th best player THE MAX:grippingafrancis:

Think about Swag Antonio...I love Bertans but I aint trying to pay him THE MAX cause he can hit wide open 3's :grippingafrancis:

This is bigger than you breh you got to do what is best for everybody :grippingafrancis:

We're stuck breh. Otto is only 24. He will be 28 or 29 at the end of his deal and he'll be a trade piece or a solid starter throughout. His trajectory is still going up.

On a $100M cap, Otto probably should get $75M over 4 years.

The damn Mahinmi deal just messed up all flexibility. We could have a cheaper backup C and lots of room under the luxury tax.

I think I'm OK with that. Either win now, or blow it up. Only options.

The thing is, when George leaves us, we don't have cap room unless we get rid of Mahinmi which will involve giving up a pick.

Ernie screwed us over again. Again. Again. Again!

We wouldn't even have cap room for Boogie.

I'm with it, I didn't know too much about Mahinmi before we got him. He was looking good during the regular season, but did he have this history of NEVER being available before we got him?

Yeah, he has a history of injuries and hes been mostly a bench guy. $48M left over 3 years :snoop:

I'm fine with it
Even if he leaves, there is salary space to sign Boogie next year.

Still gotta find a way to get out of the Mahinmi mess. I knew that contract was bad when it was signed.

@Black

if we get PG13, that makes Wall happy. But with PG going to the Lakers despite Wall recruiting him and being his teammate, who would he blame??
