I can't believe all these racist cacs want to call out Sony on this cross play shyt. If Sony were a cac western company nobody would complain. The racism in video games is very blatant. Cac developers are cut slack and get high review scores even when their game is a buggy mess like Pcars2. Watch them shun GTSPORT for having the smallest imperfection.

from sony standpoint... they are up 10s of MILLIONS on xbox. so lets make up some numbers here. lets say sony has 50 million consoles out there. and microsoft has 25 million.
for microsoft, of course you want to tell the public "hey.... buy our console... who cares if all your friends and more strangers all have a playstation. who cares if their online player count is double ours... you can still play with all of those guys and you don't need to give sony a dime.. so buy an xbox and have a 75 million gamers to play with" they are gaining 50 million extra players for free
how does that benefit sony? they already in the lead.. they can already sell you on having the bigger install base.. why the hell would they trade 50 million users to get back 25? it's much better to have 50 million to yourself than to say we have 75 between two
now add in that nobody is making any noise about it. yea a few small people on the net.. but ain't no 2-3-5 million people all clamoring for it and requesting it... backwards capability probably gets more love from fans than cross play.
