It's the Stan's that confuse me, like monopoly's are cool now? I never know where people draw the line, sometimes they hate what appears to be un competitive practices, and monopolistic behavior, other times they are all good with it.


If not for MS competing against Sony right now who would be? For years people on this site have essentially said "get gud" when it comes to Xbox taking trying to compete.


The last 2 years have pulled back the covers on all these practices and now y'all like "it's just business" but MS buys some studios and publishers and then y'all like "not fair, not healthy, they gonna raise prices" meanwhile....

I fully support Microsoft buying the companies it did. I totally get that if Microsoft wasn’t around nobody else would have any interest in competing with Sony. At the same time I don’t think it’s unreasonable for Sony to not want others undercutting prices on their platform.

You think they would make that 1-2 billion a year on their own? They rely on other platforms to make that money. They would make a 10th of that if it was only on the Epic Games Store.

Sony wants to be the ONLY console maker and want to charge $1200 per console unit. That is why they are so hard-pressed to get M$ out the paint and deny Nintendo's accomplishments.
