Does Pillman Jr Have To Bite His Dad So Hard?

I mean, he barely knew the man, so the fact that he's doing it so overtly is probably - to him - a tribute of sorts to someone he only came to know through his work.

But yeah, eventually he gotta be his own man. And being in a tag team with someone else who has been living in a long shadow and has never been able to escape it probably is gonna work against him.

In early July Enzo Amore and Joey Janela were involved in a real-life fight outside of a concert. Part of the fight was captured on video and it stemmed from Janela calling out Amore previously on Twitter.

Janela happened to run into Amore recently which was their first meeting since the fight. He talked about what Amore told him on Wrestlers On The Road Ordering Room Service on the Behind the Elite YouTube channel.

"A couple of weeks ago I met up with Enzo Amore for the first time since [our fight]," Janela said. "So I see him outside and I'm thinking there might be a little bit of an issue. But he walks right up and gives me a big hug and says, 'we're sober this time kid?'

"And I'm like, 'yeah.'

"He's like, 'we really got 'em. Let's make some money.'

"I'm like no, I was drunk and I really tried to fight you."

Janela then told the story of how the fight came to be as he was at a Blink 182 concert and thought that Enzo would likely be there. Janela said, 'If he's here then I'm gonna fight him' and sure enough, he found out Enzo was there because he posted it on Instagram.

"As I'm walking out there's a guy in a fedora and what looks like a potato sack on it. I go, 'holy sh*t he's right there.' So I run up and punch him in the chest and go, 'Hey I'm Joey Janela. Wanna fight?' He was real caught off-guard and so he throws up his hands and we do some kind of Three Stooges-punch-each-other type of thing," recalled Janela. "I punch him in the arm and he punches me in the face. Then his friend started filming and that's when the video came out.

"I look like a b*tch but it is what it is…And then two months later he comes up to me and says, 'We got 'em!'

Way to make yourself sound like shyt in your own story Janela.
“I hit his arm, he blew my shyt out, and he still wanted to be cool with me after but I told him nah I wanted to really kick your ass that time”

“I mean, yeah I look like a bytch but atleast I didn’t make money off of the endeavor so there is that”

Why is TSC's go to answer is to turn every guy heel? I thought he was great as a face and that shyts hard to do. It's easy to get people to hate you but to get over on some dusty rhodes type shyt where everyone loves you that's some GOAT type shyt.

...have you observed either of them at all? Zo is every small-man-complex loudmouthed East Coast dude. He runs his mouth and is utterly fukking hateable at his very best - he can do face stuff, but that ends up being doing the same Road Dogg-ass reciting every time he comes out. When he's a heel, he's detestable, and his general inability to work a style that makes people want to cheer him makes it even better for that.
Cass... Cass is a big ass dude who was pre-med and has allowed his life to spiral into alcoholism, obsession with a girl he lost to Corey fukking Graves, and torpedoed his own career in the E because he wanted to beat up a vertically challenged person more than was necessary.

Nothing about either of these people makes you want to cheer them on. Maybe you want Cass to get his shyt together, and that leads to a bit of hopeful feelings... but as a slow-talking, Trump-supporting, self-sabotaging giant who could have been doing his Lurch shyt in a hospital but decided to instead be barely passable in a ring... nah. Neither one of them should ever turn face unless it's what happened on the main roster - if they turn on each other.

It isn't an issue for me about turning everyone heel. But not everyone works as someone you want to cheer. And if your first inclination is to be pro-Zo... it's probably because you're the Zo of your friend group.
