more or less, but not for everybody. Kevin is a blackhouse figher which is under Ed Soares, who runs RFA. So it benefits him to send a guy he manages/gets a cut from to the UFC. Same way Ali from WSOF put one of his guys (David Branch) into a title shot. Like any business, shady things go on.
