But really, the cop should have told the jogger to back away. He, the cop, was putting himself in a bad position in between jogger dude and khaki pants dude.
I don't know if that cop was on "treat white folks like you are in Upper West Side" mode, but he should have ramped up his "a**hole cop mode" to 10 just to get the situation under control. What do I mean by that? He should have just told the jogger guy to step the f*** back and shut the f*** up. Rude? Yes. Would it have worked? Probably.
And jogger dude probably would have raised a stink with his supervisors.
If jogger dude didn't stop behaving that way, I would have arrested him on disorderly conduct charge.
It is what it is.

Living in NY seems like such an exhausting hassle. Doesn't even seem worth it. I've visited a few times, and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a long ass line for Dunkin Donuts. I mean, DUNKIN fukkING DONUTS!!!

Like there isn't millions and millions of poverty stricken white trash from trailer parks in the mid west to cities like Philly.
