cut her off from her support. Make her mistrustful of them or vice versa. Flat out hate is good. Prey on the fact that she's always right and use it against her.
make her scared of the outside world. Pay some folks to threaten her, act like they botched trying to rob her or something or actually rob her and then bring it back to you. Have someone cut her tires. Tell her you're taking her somewhere for a few days that you know she doesn't wanna be, force her to go and then have someone break in and fukk with her stuff and only her stuff... then remind her of what would have happened if she hadn't listened to you. Make the world a scary place and you the only safe place. Create chaos and then "save" her.
Keep her broke, but supply her every basic need. If she's extremely weak willed it wont even matter if she has a job. Keep money out of her hands. Make the "needs" you supply more important than money ever will be. Cats don't look at it from a psychological standpoint, but that's the reason why they get girls hooked on drugs. The need for drugs they supply is more important than money. But if a girl is strung out, how is she gonna work?
Sex starve her.
Have one of your boys (not one of the soft hearted ones) come around more and pay attention to her. Then give him some money and split it with him if he'll pitch to your girl... money for some head or something. If she complies, have your boy TOTALLY ignore her afterwards and only offer money for sex. Then, act like you found out and take the money.
