Yeah it's pretty bad, right now it's to the point that they're sending cops out to rush people to the hospital because there just aren't enough ambulances.

Hate to admit it's true but I can't even lie, to be honest you're probably better off just driving to the ER (or calling somebody nearby to drive you) than waiting for an EMS. Traffic usually isn't too bad in Detroit (compared to other big cities). Even if you have to stop at lights and whatnot, it's still probably a better bet than calling an EMS, which is basically rolling the dice.
