What are you talking about? If the guy had a knife, chances are there would be no fatalities. The chances of an average joe making a bomb and setting it off in the middle of NYC is slim to none. Had civilians been carrying, dude's boss would still be dead and bystanders still would've been hit in during the gun fight. Gun fights in streets wont solve anything.

Crazy ass people going even crazier 'cause they feel overworked or living one paycheck away from being homeless. You don't have to shoot shyt up, but it's starting to become obvious that people are beginning to crack at a faster and faster rate.
A lot of issues gotta be talked about, from gun laws, to health insurance policies, etc.
