Show is starting to get some serious criticism and i know why.
1. Never try to out crazy yourself
2. It's clear that Lee & Fox bowed to the Latino community, because all of these Mexicans on the show is so transparent.
I don't have a problem with adding some if it makes sense, but it'd be just like if Friends started having a bunch of black folks on back when they were still airing. Not to mention Becky G is basic as hell.

They bending backwards because last season in that magazine article it was saying that there wasn't a Lantino representation on the show. Now there is, and it's very apparent. Shoutout to the actors who got roles in both Empire & Power (Jerry Ferarra& Tasha Smith; or am I mistaken about Jerry?)

I am going to still watch but

I can see why it is losing viewers every week.

1. Waaay too zesty (:scust:) Lee Daniels turned up the gay meter

2. The plot doesn't make sense.

3. The racial overtones are starting to be a factor (you just don't have black folk making a mockery of the black panthers, #blacklivesmatter, Sandra Bland etc)

4. There is too much "awareness" now, like this moment is going to get twitter to go all crazy.

Why does the gay dude have all the good songs?:dahell:

Not feeling the season so far. Going too hard with the fukkery now. Just rushing through stories even more wrecklessly than last season. At least before was somewhat grounded in reality where now it's so over the top it's hard to take serious.
I must admit even though it's my favorite TV show on fox and helps fill the gap between Monday night football and Thursday night football that season is not as good as last.
Where last season the plots had time to develop and grow. You felt invested into these characters where now it's rush rush rush....
