I dont think Will is that great an actor. He had no range. The only time i seen him put in work was Pursuit of Happiness.

Harrison Ford, Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones, and Johnny Depp deserve to be on that list
Nick Cage and others above Robert Duvall and Harvey Keitel is pretty wild. This is probably also the first time I've ever heard anyone wax poetic about Marylin Monroe's acting skills.
