This shyt is pleasantly surprising.

At the very least it's a new sound - paying homage to hip-hop's past with a variety of flows and Dre's sonic touch. It's not trendy and doesn't sound like 2013 so I see why a lot of the kids on the board are hating. Not a bad record at all.
