Dude just isn't in the same place mentally as he was when he put that out. that album is his personal classic and best work. he'll never top it and at the point he's at now he can't even come close to it. its almost disrespectful to himself to make a MMLP2 in his current state.

I had to turn this shyt off about 40 seconds into it.

I really think people shytting all over Relapse hurt Em. Recovery was in the total opposite direction of Relapse and it was fukking garbage. This is in that same vein of Recovery.

And its a shame cuz Relapse is very underrated. Em had some of his best rhyme schemes #NoRonnie on there.

I remember when Relapse first dropped and how mad I was at those accents...this is so much worse By comparison, the problem with Relapse was like a firecracker and this is like a nuclear blast of shyt. I just had no idea that when Em dropped the accents he would pick up screaming and completely abandon those crazy-ass flows. These problems were unimaginable to me at the time. I feel like I made a deal with the Devil by nit-picking. It's like - I got the one thing I wanted but it came with a bunch of things I couldn't even comprehend at the time
