Em has a chill vibe but that makes it all the more weird when he says some delusional shyt. Like don't sit here and act like Revival was something that people just didn't get. Folks were weary based on his track record before the track list dropped. You created that atmosphere, breh. The internet picks at everything for SURE, but if you give folks a REASON to? You should know what it is.

He's getting consistent with being inconsistent about his albums. He apologizes, then he implies that folks just didn't get it or it wasn't that bad. Someone get this man off this boards before has a relapse for real.

Kamikaze is well received. I hope he learns the right lessons from that and continues on that path. But based on what i'm seeing, he seems to be implying that the way he rolled it out and NOT its quality in comparison to Revival is why its well received.

Nah breh. Revival was AWFUL. Encore is not that much better. Sway, please be real with him. Off air if you have to.

Relapse is way better than Encore the problem was his dumb ass accent on the Relapse.

I feel the accents only worked on Relapse, other than that the accents are terrible.

Relapse was a well thought out album, it was a good album. Breh shared his story of his overdose & shared it with the world in that album

I feel Eminem shines when he does concept albums such as Recovery, Relapse, Eminem show etc.

ALL of this. I’m still that he really feels “Encore” was better

I mean i know it’s HIS work, so he has the right to say how he feels about his own art. But cmon man...

His core Stan base (including myself) LOVES that album because that was Em at his ELEMENT. His raps were top notch, Dre laced him up GREAT with production, and it was everything that I asked for.

And I’ve said this once and i’ll say it again. “Relapse” was a concept album that folks were too slow to understand cuz of those “accents” (and there really wasn’t a lot of it as people claim).

The whole album is Em being high and having a fantasy of being a psycho serial killer. Every track he is slowly coming down from his high until he realizes he is addicted to pills and faces his depression. After he takes one more hit (crack a bottle) he goes “Underground” into rehab until he “recovers.”

It was great..

But hey..Kanye feels Yeezus and 808’s are better then MBDTF. And Hov feels that Vol. 1 is better then BP3

As for the first part of the interview. I guess Em confirms he really does lurk social media and sees what people says. He legit looked irked when talking about “Revival.” That also confirms that he indeed has WAY to many “Yes” men around him that doesn’t keep it real with him.

I also noticed that he gives TOO much of a fukk on what “the people” want from him. The same dude who made “Just Don’t Give A fukk” REALLY gives a fukk.

Still like the album tho...can’t wait for part 2..

But I think he was on the right track with Believe, which would fit on Kamikaze.
