Eminem should be ashamed of the beat he gave Redman on "I See Dead People"

Em making beats really ruined me listening to him ever again.
Eminem's production wasn't always wack. Nobody was complaining about most of his beats in real time. "The Cross" was the only one that really got flack off the rip. Eminem did catch flack for being a wack producer until he did Loyal To The Game. That was unforgivable. And what let's you know that people who say Eminem was always a wack producer weren't around or were too young to know what they are talking about, "Running" was the reason why Eminem was trusted to do Loyal To The Game. "Runnin" was actually dope and I remember people loving "Ghost" and "One Day At A Time".

Look how quickly Eminem's credits dried up after Loyal To The Game. Nobody outside of Shady and G-Unit had an Em beat after that.
Renegade was a great beat. I don’t care what nobody say, that’s a classic song. Cleaning Out My Closet is a good beat another classic. He’s produced some good shyt. Can’t say all his shyt is wack :hubie:

Nah he was always a wack producer. Not saying every beat he made was terrible but people obviously weren't working with him for the quality of beats. Basically every dedicated producer from back then would shyt on him, on their worst day.

People were taking beats from him solely for the bump in mainstream recognition for "having an Eminem beat".

He should be ashamed 98% of beats he's ever made/recorded on/given to others (e.g. Nas' "The Cross")

I think The Cross is classic. Beat and track.

That being said I personally don't listen to alot of Em after 2009.

It's scary but how can we tell an artist that's been through what he's been through in the game what to make?

That being said I know there's a tonne of ppl now like "Em make the music you did from 1996 to 2009."

We all know he's capable but we can't reach him.

Even lyrically he said things that weren't his "Eminem" true self.

Anyways he still drops great music each time he drops. I would love to hear the Em I like more. I can't be selfish so I'll appreciate what he has given us.

That "new" work over the Black Moon beat was incredible.

Eminem used various unusual production techniques, namely, modifying the pace and pitch of Tupac's voice to better suit the instrumentals he produced. The style of the production on the album fitted more to the form of a Shady/Aftermath release, of which Eminem partly created, than it did to any original or previous posthumous Tupac release. [9] There were also various uses of cutting and pasting vocals to produce new words synonymous with rap culture at that time, such as making it sound as though Tupac is saying, "G-Unit", "Obie Trice" and "Em".

Honestly, I think when it came to him producing beats for his albums, his production sounded good

Like his beats on The Eminem Show sound great

His production on Devil's Night sounded good, whatever beats he did on that one. He co-produced one of the best songs on the album.

Yeah, his production sounded great when it was on his albums and D12's albums

But it was like when he worked on production for other artists, it just didn't work for whatever.

A lot of people complain about "The Cross," but I always liked that beat. I thought "Moment of Clarity" was dope, too. Eminem was good at giving Nas and Jay beats that allowed them to reflect on things and get personal.

Also, he gave 50 "Patiently Waiting (which is a classic)" and "Don't Push Me."

His production still works when he's making beats with Luis Resto.

Bro, what Eminem did on that 2Pac album was fukking crazy. I almost stopped fukking with Eminem. Thats when I realized most of his beats sucks. He got at least 5 good beats but thats it, and Im not giving him In Da Club cuz that was Dre.

1. Lose Yourself
2. Renegade
3. Patiently Waiting
4. Live By The Gun by Tony Yayo
