I still think Side A is better, but some of these Side B songs are growing on me. "She Loves Me" is easily the best song, and I've been playing it multiple times since Friday.

"Gnat" is really smooth (before the beat switch), "Guns Blazing" isn't bad, neither is "Favorite bytch." Lyrically, the best song is "Zeus," and "Discombobulated" is more evidence that Eminem is one of the biggest teases in the history of music. How do you say Relapse sucks, not put out Relapse 2, and then you give us something that sounds like it could have been on Relapse (at least before the beat switch)? This guy, man, I swear. :snoop:

Blame Rosenberg and all the critics and fans for getting into his head and doubting himself.

He should have just dropped “Relapse 2” to get it completely out his system and dropped “Recovery” a year later. But whatever..

Yeah, I don't know why he didn't just take the songs from Refill, the songs he did in Hawaii with Dre and Mr. Porter ("So Bad," "On Fire," "Ridaz") and some other songs from the Relapse sessions to make Relapse 2. He said he made too many songs for one album, and Recovery still could have come out in 2010 (maybe in September or October to give it some space from Relapse 2).

That's how it's listed on streaming but ideally it would be side A first

On the other hand, there's an Alfred Intro on side B and an Alfred Outro on side A, though the intro to side B makes reference to it now being music to be buried to so never mind.

The crazy shyt there is that if 50 wanted to he couldn’t have a pretty decent little musical revival if he went back to making goon shyt that he’s very comfortable making. If 50 announced tomorrow that he was dropping a project with production from the names we all like on the indie scene, I’d actually be hyped for it.

50’s always had a dope ear for production, and when he doesn’t try to force a hit, a lot of his album cuts sound very catchy. Most of us can sing the hooks to a lot of deep album cuts by 50.

I’m not dying for music from him, but at the same time I’d rather he focus on that than just being a troll on IG

I agree 100% that a street album from 50 with the right producers would be amazing. But I think you're undersellkng him by saying he's just being a troll on IG.

Son is so busy making money in tv and liquor that music is the furthest thing from his mind.

I think he legitimately loves music, I just think he cares about money more.

Animal Ambition had some great street songs that I play often.

One day I hope he'll lock in and give us a grimey street classic with Hav, Al, Buckwild, Jake One on production.
