The hypothesis going around the internet is the WWE is stacking SmackDown Live for its new TV deal with Fox. Word going around is that SDLive was supposed to be put on FS1 with the deal, but that station is a ratings sink.

So in order to entice Fox to put SmackDown on FOX just like RAW, they are going to stack the roster with superstars.
